The renovated rooms are FANTASTIC. They are clean, comfortable and very inviting. The front desk is helpful, communicative and patient.
I checked in here at InTown Suites on Capital in Raleigh, NC. I had booked for a two bedroom and made reservations. Upon my arrival I went in to check in the young lady at the front said they didn't have any two bedrooms available only one bedroom and it would be the same price plus a deposit. I was getting a little frustrated because I had to come up with the deposit. Long story short. I was able to get the deposit and after looking at the one bedroom room. I was well pleased. The room is big, spacious and the people that run the front desk are so nice and helpful. I recommend anyone looking for a room and good rates come here...I promise you won't regret it.
The staff was very nice and the premium rooms were a great price I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Intown Suites and was truly impressed by the level of customer care from the entire staff. Dominici, the General Manager, runs a tight ship and made sure every guest felt taken care of. Spring at the front desk was friendly, quick to assist, and set the tone for a smooth check-in experience. Mr. Tony from maintenance was always around lending a hand and keeping things running perfectly it’s clear he takes pride in his work. And I have to give a big thanks to the cleaning crew, who went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed spotless during my visit. The whole team made my stay comfortable and stress-free. You can tell they care about their guests and the property. I’ll definitely be choosing Intown Suites again next time I’m in town.
As a single Man it works for me... location is great....it has been safe and quiet since I been here... actually I have no issues...
The new rooms they have are really good. I like the TV and the counter space is great. I'm gonna tell my friends about here.
Well...I try to be honest and sincere and stay humble about life understanding how things could be when it's good for us...So understand this InTown Suites is a 2 ...no disrespect intended...but like DJ Quik said...The moneys got me Safe + Sound...I had to add on because I did see some people doing there job...sometimes people just have a hard time...oh and they did give a discount...Thanks.
